I happened to saw this book in a bookstore,
and u know,
yeah, we roll books for a good search.
and then ..
this book, which was named "BEAUTIFUL"
caught my attention,
why?
because for ONCE IN MY LIFE.
i saw a cover a not so beautiful girl on a book cover.
and hey,
yeah
it's normal human instinct to think that
a pretty or hot girl or whatever at least it should be an average looking girl on a cover
well, that' s what i think
and i 'm gonna admit it'
that I DO.
judge a book by it's cover LOL
and so curiosity hits me
i flipped the pages to read
..
it was talking about a girl .
a very beautiful young lady,
who was a model and tv presenter.
u can imagine
yea, she's that pretty:)
and well,
sure, tragic hits
she was dating with this guy call @%#%&^& and then
she was raped.
not only that.
she was SPLASHED ON WITH ACID.
and that's the part where it hits me.
the book did show a picture of herself before being splashed on with acid.
YEA, NO FAKE. THIS IS A TRUE STORY TOLD.
that's why it's sponsored by a foundation and stuff.
she was really good looking then
and then the next picture goes.
*SHRIEK*
when u see that picture, u no longer will think u yourself as an ugly girl
because the look is REALLY, REALLY, pitiable.
it's worse than a bad plastic surgery done, I SWEAR
it's really really sad.
HOW CAN A GUY, DID THIS TO HER?!!!
this guy must be PLAIN NUTS~!!!!
the story gies on,
but she is strong,
strong to cape with critism and of course,
when u already got a face like that...people just tend to STARE AT U. like MOSTT of the time,
don't ya think
and tat that was just so touching of a story.
i JUST need to tell
hope u got inspired too by this :)
it's not easy overcoming acid, for certain.
